Vogue makes her workouts count. Her personal trainer Dalton Wong explained to HELLO! that his star client is about "balance and sustainability." He said: "Our sessions are focused on strength training, cardio and posture as these will help her with her conditioning as well as it allows her to be the best version of herself as a mom, presenter and business entrepreneur." She also works out "smarter rather than harder!"

Healthy eating is part of Vogue's lifestyle. "I do like to follow a healthy diet but don't get me wrong, I do sometimes eat rubbish!" she dished to Your Healthy Living. "I like to have at least one treat a day. I think if you're too strict with yourself you end up craving the bad stuff even more. If I'm going out for dinner I'll eat whatever I want, but then I'll make sure I make healthier choices the next day. You can't be too hard on yourself. I think it's really important to strike a balance. If you've done a good workout in the gym and then you fancy a pizza, then have that pizza! You have to live your best life."

Vogue works out five to six times a week. "He kills me in 45 minutes to an hour," she added to Women's Health about her training sessions with Wong. In two of her latest Instagram Stories, she slips n an at-home workout, using a pair of free weights.

Vogue revealed to Your Healthy Living that she eats a lot of protein, good fat and carbs, and produce. "On a typical day I will normally wake up and have some porridge with almond butter and berries or I might have eggs and avocado on toast. Then I'll go to the gym for my workout, and afterwards I might have a protein shake. I'm usually on the go for lunch, but today I had some homemade bruschetta which was just amazing, if I do say so myself! I'll have some fruit for a snack and for dinner I might have fish and vegetables or a bolognese. Then I might treat myself to some ice cream or chocolate afterwards," she said.

Vogue also takes vitamins and supplements, including CurraNZ, "which is a natural blackcurrant extract" to ensure she gets all her nutrients. "I've been taking it for over a year now and I love it. I've got all my friends taking it too! If you take one before training it helps you to push yourself further and it's also really good for recovery after exercise. It's good for giving me a little boost because I'm not allowed to have any caffeine at the moment," she told Your Healthy Living.
